Dental Cleanings

Routine dental cleanings should be performed every six months, with each visit lasting about 45 minutes. Each cleaning typically includes scaling, root planing, and polishing that helps prevent excessive plaque buildup that, when left untreated, can lead to unhealthy gums and tooth decay.

Using the latest technology, including ultrasonic scalers, laser therapy, and digital imaging, allows us to perform dental cleanings more efficiently and comfortably.

Digital Imaging

Our high-tech digital imagery options allow us to diagnose dental problems and disease as well as to predict how a particular treatment or cosmetic procedure will impact and change the overall appearance of your mouth and teeth.

At ROC Dental Group, we use 3D cone bean computed tomography (CBCT) that allows us to take X-rays using up to 90% less radiation than conventional film X-rays. The result is a highly detailed image of all of the mouth’s supporting structures, not just the teeth, so that we can accurately diagnose dental issues and determine the very best treatment for each case.

Advanced Digital Imaging

This software is beneficial for patients who are considering cosmetic procedures but are not sure if they’re ready for dramatic changes. Digital imaging also allows us to document your procedures exceptionally well. We take digital images of your face, teeth, and smile to provide us with a permanent dental record and to have visual documentation of treatment.

We are proud to oversee and protect your oral health, but we don’t stop there. It’s our goal – and our passion – to extend wellness and care that will improve your overall health and quality of life.
