Our ROC Star team is happy to submit your dental insurance claims to your insurance company electronically on your behalf.
Questions About Your Insurance Coverage?
We accept all dental insurances and file all claims on your behalf, then diligently follow up with your insurance provider to make sure you receive every benefit to which you are entitled. Like most private general dentist practices in our area, we are an out-of-network provider, which allows you to be treated by the dental practice you choose.

Annual Membership Plans Overview
ROC Dental Group is pleased to offer Annual Membership plans. For a low monthly or annual fee, our Annual plans include two dental exams, oral cancer screenings; an emergency exam; and unlimited 2D digital X-rays for one year, plus a 10% deduction off any additional dental treatment performed in our offices.
Our Annual Membership plans significantly reduce dental care costs for our patients not covered by dental insurance. Unlike with dental insurance, our annual membership plans do not have annual maximums, deductibles, or pre-authorizations, and eligibility is immediate.

What should I expect during my appointment?
From the first phone call to the time they leave our office, ROC Dental Group patients are treated like family in a welcoming, relaxed, and stress-free atmosphere that employs the most advanced dental technology in the country.
First Phone Call
From the first call, you will start to experience a superior level of patient care. Our Patient Care team will work with you to find the time and location that works best for your schedule.
First Visit
A Patient Care team member will welcome you to our office and compile your medical and dental history unless you’ve already completed it online. You will be encouraged to enjoy a drink from our beverage center, flip through a magazine, and sit back and relax in a stress-free waiting room. You will soon be greeted by name by one of our stellar dental assistants, who will walk you back to the exam room. There you will be offered a blanket for comfort and the opportunity to watch your favorite television program while in the dental chair.
One of our highly skilled and experienced dentists will examine your teeth and gums and provide an oral cancer screening. We will take X-Rays of your teeth as needed and complete a TMJ (temporomandibular or jaw joint) exam. The doctor will provide you with a treatment plan, if needed. We will discuss your options for treatment and fees associated with your treatment, helping you determine the best plan to fit your smile goals.
Regular Cleanings
During regular follow-up visits, our dental hygienist will clean your teeth, provide an oral cancer screening, discuss any pain or problems you may be experiencing and answer any questions you may have. The doctor will also examine your teeth and answer any questions you have.

Cancellation Policy
We are so glad that you’ve chosen ROC Dental Group and thank you for your support. To best serve our patients, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee and may result in a loss of future appointment privileges.
